Brilliance was created through a successful engagement process with the citizens of Palo Alto, California. Six illuminated sculptures occupy the area between the Main Library and Arts Center. Each sculpture incorporates a unique multi-lingual (up to 6 languages) narrative that was collected from the local community. At night the sculptures cast brilliant shadow patterns onto the surrounding landscape. With Joe O'Connell.
